IN RE:	SB2396 by Nelson (Relating to obsolete or redundant reporting requirements applicable to health and human services agencies.), Committee Report 2nd House, Substituted

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would require the Health and Human Services Commission to identify reports that may be considered for abolition by the 82nd Legislature .  A final report would be due by May 1, 2010.

It is unclear as to what impact, if any, this bill would have on reporting requirements contained in the General Appropriations Act.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
