IN RE:	HB2943 by Harper-Brown (Relating to a temporary franchise tax discount for job creation and retention.), As Introduced

The bill creates a revenue loss for fiscal year 2010 only because the bill provides a temporary discount from tax liability for 2010 only.  The equity model only creates an analysis for fiscal year 2011 due to the secondary impacts.  Therefore, an equity analysis for fiscal year year 2010 cannot be determined.
