Pursuant to a notice posted on March 12, 2010, the House Committee on Agriculture & Livestock met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Gonzalez Toureilles, at 10:00 a.m.
The roll was answered as follows:
Present: Representatives Gonzalez Toureilles; Crabb; Hardcastle; Heflin; Kleinschmidt; Rios Ybarra; Swinford (7).
Absent: Representatives Anderson; Brown, Betty (2).
A quorum was present.
The committee considered the following Interim Study Charge of the Texas House of Representatives, 81st Legislature, as issued by Joe Straus, Speaker of the House:
Review efforts to manage feral hog populations and mitigate damage to agricultural and Livestock operations.

At 12:05 p.m., on the motion of Representative Anderson and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
