A quorum was present.

At 9:56 a.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was recessed until 1:00 p.m., February 26, 2009.

 

The committee reconvened at 1:30 p.m. and was called to order by the chair, Representative Hochberg. The roll was answered as follows:

Absent:              Representatives King, Susan; Villarreal (2).
