Pursuant to a notice posted on March 27, 2009, the House Committee on Appropriations-S/C on Business & Economic Development, Subcommittee on Business and Economic Development, met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Giddings, at 1:03 p.m.

 

Present:           Representatives Giddings; Button; Darby; Miller, Doug (4).

 

Absent:            Representative Chavez (1).

 

A quorum was present.

At 1:44 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was recessed until 4:00 p.m., March 2, 2009.

 

The committee reconvened at 4:15 p.m. and was called to order by the chair, Representative Giddings. The roll was answered as follows:

 

Present:              Representatives Giddings; Button; Darby; Miller, Doug (4).

 

Absent:              Representative Chavez (1).

 

A quorum was present.
