Absent:            Representatives Chavez; Darby (2).

 

A quorum was present.

At 9:52 a.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was recessed until one hour after adjournment/recess.

 

The committee reconvened at 1:07 p.m. and was called to order by the chair, Representative Giddings. The roll was answered as follows:

 

Present:              Representatives Giddings; Darby; Button; Chavez (4).

 

Absent:              Representative Miller, Doug (1).

 

A quorum was present.

At 3:37 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was recessed for ten minutes.

 

The committee reconvened at 3:47 p.m. and was called to order by the chair, Representative Giddings. The roll was answered as follows:

Absent:              Representative Button (1).
