Pursuant to a notice posted on February 18, 2009, the House Committee on Appropriations-S/C on Health & Human Services met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Zerwas, at 7:42 a.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

 

Present:              Representatives Zerwas; Cohen; Eiland; Isett (4).

 

Absent:              Representative Dukes (1).

 

A quorum was present.

At 1:48 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was recessed until upon final adjourn./recess.

 

The committee reconvened at 4:17 p.m. and was called to order by the chair, Representative Zerwas. The roll was answered as follows:

 

Present:              Representatives Zerwas; Dukes; Isett (3).

 

Absent:              Representatives Cohen; Eiland (2).

 

A quorum was present.
