Pursuant to a suspension of the 5-day posting rule and an announcement on the floor on February 18, 2009, the House Committee on Appropriations-S/C on Criminal Justice met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Riddle, at 8:10 a.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

 

Present:              Representatives Riddle; Crownover; Edwards (3).

 

Absent:              Representatives McClendon; Driver (2).

 

A quorum was present.
