Pursuant to a notice posted on March 2, 2009, the House Committee on Appropriations-S/C on Criminal Justice, Subcommittee on Criminal Justice, met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Riddle, at 8:08 a.m.

 

Present:           Representatives Riddle; Driver; Edwards (3).

 

Absent:            Representatives Crownover; McClendon (2).

 

A quorum was present.

(Representative McClendon now present.)

 

At 9:58 a.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was recessed until during reading and referral of bills.

 

The committee reconvened at 11:44 a.m. and was called to order by the chair, Representative Riddle. The roll was answered as follows:

 

Present:              Representatives Riddle; Driver; Edwards; McClendon (4).

 

Absent:              Representative Crownover (1).

 

A quorum was present.

 

At 12:47 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned.
