Pursuant to a notice posted on March 20, 2009, the House Committee on Appropriations-S/C on Criminal Justice, Subcommittee on Criminal Justice, met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Riddle, at 4:44 p.m.

 

Present:           Representatives Riddle; Crownover; Edwards (3).

 

Absent:            Representatives Driver; McClendon (2).

 

A quorum was present.

At 9:14 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
