Absent:              Representatives Herrero; Creighton (2).

 

A quorum was present.

At 9:10 a.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was recessed until 1:30 p.m., February 26, 2009.

 

The committee reconvened at 1:36 p.m. and was called to order by the chair, Representative Otto. The roll was answered as follows:

 

Present:              Representatives Otto; Brown, Fred; Creighton (3).

 

Absent:              Representatives Herrero; Flores (2).

 

A quorum was present.
