Pursuant to a suspension of the 5-day posting rule and an announcement on the house floor on March 5, 2009, the House Committee on Appropriations-S/C on Hurricane, Subcommittee on Hurricane, met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Eiland, at 8:40 a.m.

 

Present:           Representatives Eiland; Cohen; Riddle (3).

 

Absent:            Representatives Flores; Otto (2).

 

A quorum was present.
