Pursuant to a suspension of the 5-day posting rule and an announcement on the house floor on March 4, 2009, the House Committee on Appropriations-S/C on Stimulus, Subcommittee on Stimulus, met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Crownover, at 8:42 a.m.

 

Present:           Representatives Crownover; Chavez; Creighton; Morrison (4).

 

Absent:            Representatives Darby; Dukes (2).

 

A quorum was present.
