Pursuant to a notice posted on February 18, 2009, the House Committee on Border & Intergovernmental Affairs met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Gonzales, at 3:50 p.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

Absent:              Representatives Flynn; Flores; Leibowitz; Shelton (4).

 

A quorum was present.
