Pursuant to a notice posted on March 25, 2009, and pursuant to a motion granted by the house March 30, 2009 to suspend the five day posting rule with respect to HB 4540 and HJR 142, the House Committee on Border & Intergovernmental Affairs met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Gonzales, at 2:31 p.m.
