Pursuant to a notice posted on April 22, 2009, and pursuant to a suspension of the 5 day posting rule by the house granting the committee permission to hear SB 1398, the House Committee on Border & Intergovernmental Affairs met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Gonzales, at 6:35 p.m.
