Pursuant to a notice posted on May 6, 2009, and pursuant to permission granted May 11, 2009 to meet while the house is in session during the reading and referral of bills, the House Committee on Border & Intergovernmental Affairs met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Gonzales, at 10:56 p.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:
