CORRECTED MINUTES
On April 17, 2009, the House Committee on Business & Industry authorized the correction of the minutes for the meeting of the House Committee on Business & Industry held on March 23, 2009. The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:
Pursuant to a notice posted on March 18, 2009, and being granted permission to meet while the house is in session during the reading and referral of bills on March 23, 2009, the House Committee on Business & Industry met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Deshotel, at 3:45 p.m.
The roll was answered as follows:
Present: Representatives Deshotel; England; Gattis; Keffer; Quintanilla; Turner, Sylvester (6).
Absent: Representatives Elkins; Christian; Giddings; Miller, Sid; Orr (5).
A quorum was present.

The chair recalled HB 1209 from subcommittee.
Representative Quintanilla moved that HB 1209, without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed. The motion prevailed by the following record vote:
Ayes: Representatives Deshotel; England; Gattis; Keffer; Quintanilla; Turner, Sylvester (6).
Nays: None (0).
