CORRECTED MINUTES
On April 8, 2009, the House Committee on Business & Industry authorized the correction of the minutes for the meeting of the House Committee on Business & Industry held on April 1, 2009. The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:
Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on April 1, 2009, the House Committee on Business & Industry met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Deshotel, at 2:08 p.m.
The roll was answered as follows:
Present: Representatives Deshotel; Elkins; England; Gattis; Giddings; Miller, Sid; Orr; Quintanilla (8).
Absent: Representatives Christian; Keffer; Turner, Sylvester (3).
A quorum was present.

The chair recalled HB 1166 from subcommittee.
Representative Quintanilla moved that HB 1166, without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed. The motion prevailed by the following record vote:
