Pursuant to a notice posted on March 11, 2010, the House Committee on Business & Industry met in a public hearing and was called to order by the acting chair, Representative Elkins at 10:14 a.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

 

Present:              Representatives Elkins; Christian; England; Keffer; Orr (5).

 

Absent:              Representatives Deshotel; Gattis; Giddings; Miller, Sid; Quintanilla; Turner, Sylvester (6).

 

Interim Charge #4 was laid out by the committee for discussion.
