Pursuant to a notice posted on April 9, 2010, the House Committee on Business & Industry and the House Committee on Technology, Economic Development, and Workforce met Jointly in a public hearing and was called to order by the acting chair, Representative Elkins at 10:15 a.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

 

Present:              Representatives Elkins; Christian; Giddings; Keffer; Miller, Sid; Orr; Quintanilla (7).

 

Absent:              Representatives Deshotel; England; Gattis; Turner, Sylvester (4).

 

A quorum was present.

At 12:45 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
