Pursuant to a Notice Posted on October 26, 2010, the Committee on Redistricting's Subcommittee on Austin Redistricting, met jointly in a Public Hearing with the Committee on Judiciary and Civil Jurisprudence's Subcommittee on Austin Redistricting.
The Committee on Judiciary and Civil Jurisprudence's Subcommittee was called to order by its Chairman, Representative Jackson, at 10:02 a.m.

The Roll was called and was answered as follows:
