Pursuant to a notice posted on February 20, 2009, and pursuant to permission to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on County Affairs met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Coleman, at 12:24 p.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

 

Present:              Representatives Coleman; Morrison; Berman; Bolton; Castro; Davis, John; Marquez; Sheffield (8).

 

Absent:              Representative Smith, Wayne (1).

 

A quorum was present.

At 2:40 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
