Pursuant to a notice posted on March 18, 2009, suspension of the 5-day posting rule and all necessary rules to add bills HB 3007and HB 3012 and revised on March 19, 2009, suspension of the 5-day posting rule and all necessary rules to add bills HB 807, HB 2573, HB 2732, HB 3132 and HB 3479 and pursuant to permission to meet while the House was in session during the reading and referral of bills on March 23, 2009, the House Committee on County Affairs met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Coleman, at 3:48 p.m.
