Pursuant to a notice posted on July 29, 2010, the House Committee on County Affairs met in a public hearing and was called to order by the acting chair, Representative Bolton at 10:03 a.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

Absent:              Representatives Coleman; Morrison; Castro; Davis, John (4).

 

A quorum was present.
