Pursuant to a notice posted on October 26, 2010, the House Committee on County Affairs met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Coleman, at 10:23 a.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

 

Present:              Representatives Coleman; Berman (2).

 

Absent:              Representatives Morrison; Bolton; Castro; Davis, John; Marquez; Sheffield; Smith, Wayne (7).

 

A quorum was not present.

At 2:10 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
