Pursuant to a notice posted on October 28, 2010, the House Committee on County Affairs met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Coleman, at 10:21 a.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

 

Present:              Representatives Coleman; Davis, John; Marquez; Smith, Wayne (4).

 

Absent:              Representatives Morrison; Berman; Bolton; Castro; Sheffield (5).

 

A quorum was not present.

 

Representative Legler, Representative Weber, Representative Callegari and Senator Ellis were also present.

At 3:09 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
