Pursuant to a notice posted on November 8, 2010, the House Committee on County Affairs met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Coleman, at 10:13 a.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

 

Present:              Representatives Coleman; Berman; Bolton; Davis, John; Sheffield; Smith, Wayne (6).

 

Absent:              Representatives Morrison; Castro; Marquez (3).

 

A quorum was present.

At 11:38 a.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was recessed until 1:30 p.m., November 16, 2010.

 

The committee reconvened at 1:30 p.m. and was called to order by the chair, Representative Coleman.
