On May 7, 2009, the House Committee on Criminal Jurisprudence, Subcommittee on Capital Punishment authorized the correction of the minutes for the meeting of the House Committee on Criminal Jurisprudence, Subcommittee on Capital Punishment held on March 19, 2009. The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:
Pursuant to a notice posted on March 13, 2009, the House Committee on Criminal Jurisprudence, Subcommittee on Capital Punishment, met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Miklos, at 8:04 a.m.

Absent: Representatives Christian; Moody (2).
