Pursuant to a notice posted on May 18, 2010, the House Committee on Criminal Jurisprudence and House Committee on Judiciary and Civil Jurisprudence met in a joint public hearing. 

 

House Committee on Criminal Jurisprudence was called to order by the chair, Representative Gallego, at 10:10 a.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

 

Present:              Representatives Gallego; Christian; Kent; Miklos; Pierson; Vaught (6).

 

Absent:              Representatives Fletcher; Moody; Riddle; Vo (4).

 

A quorum was present.
