Pursuant to permission given to meet while the House was in session, and an announcement from the house floor on May 21, 2009, the House Committee on Technology, Economic Development & Workforce met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Strama, at 7:42 p.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

Absent:              Representative Ritter (1).

 

A quorum was present.

The chair laid out SB 2576.

 

Representative Rodriguez moved that SB 2576, without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed. The motion prevailed by the following record vote:

 

Ayes:                             Representatives Strama; Parker; Brown, Fred; Button; Eissler; Gattis; Harless; Rodriguez (8).

 

Nays:                             None (0).

 

Present, Not Voting:     None  (0).
