Pursuant to a notice posted on April 9, 2010, the House Committee on Technology, Economic Development & Workforce met in a joint public hearing with the House Committee on Business and Industry and was called to order by the chair, Representative Strama, at 10:15 a.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

 

Present:              Representatives Strama; Button; Eissler; Harless; Ritter (5).

 

Absent:              Representatives Parker; Brown, Fred; Gattis; Rodriguez (4).

 

A quorum was present.
