Pursuant to a notice posted on August 3, 2010, the House Committee on Elections met in a joint public hearing the House Committee on Judiciary and Civil Jurisprudence and was called to order by the chair, Representative Smith, Todd, at 10:07 a.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

 

Present:              Representatives Smith, Todd; Pena; Anchia; Bohac; Harper-Brown; Heflin (6).

 

Absent:              Representatives Allen; Bonnen; Brown, Betty (3).

 

A quorum was present.
