Pursuant to a notice posted on June 11, 2010, the House Committee on Emergency Preparedness, Select, Subcommittee on Hurricanes, Flooding and Evacuations, met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Hamilton, at 9.15 a.m.

 

Present:           Representatives Hamilton; Taylor, Larry (2).

 

Absent:            Representative Frost (1).

 

A quorum was present.

 

Representative Peņa present.

 

At 11:58 a.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
