On April 16, 2009, the House Committee on Environmental Regulation authorized the correction of the minutes for the meeting of the House Committee on Environmental Regulation held on March 25, 2009. The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:
Pursuant to a notice posted on March 20, 2009, the House Committee on Environmental Regulation met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Cook, at 2:47 p.m.
