CORRECTED MINUTES
On May 4, 2009, the House Committee on Environmental Regulation authorized the correction of the minutes for the meeting of the House Committee on Environmental Regulation held on April 24, 2009. The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:
Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on April 24, 2009, the House Committee on Environmental Regulation received permission to meet while the House was in session, in a formal meeting, and was called to order by the chair, Representative Cook, at 12:32 p.m.
The roll was answered as follows:
Present: Representatives Cook; Chisum; Burnam; Farrar; Hancock; Legler; Weber (7).
Absent: Representatives Dunnam; Veasey (2).
A quorum was present.
HB 3317
The chair laid out HB 3317.
Representative Chisum offered a complete committee substitute.
The committee substitute was adopted without objection.
Representative Weber moved that HB 3317, as substituted, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed. The motion prevailed by the following record vote:
Ayes: Representatives Cook; Chisum; Burnam; Farrar; Hancock; Legler; Weber (7).
Nays: None (0).
Present, Not Voting: None (0).
Absent: Representatives Dunnam; Veasey (2).

The chair laid out HB 3374.
Representative Legler offered an amendment to the measure.
The amendment was adopted without objection.
Representative Legler moved that HB 3374, as amended, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed. The motion prevailed by the following record vote:
