Pursuant to a notice posted on February 19, 2010, the House Committee on Environmental Regulation met in a work session and was called to order by the chair, Representative Cook, at 10:00 a.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

 

Present:              Representatives Cook; Burnam; Farrar; Legler; Weber (5).

 

Absent:              Representatives Chisum; Dunnam; Hancock; Veasey (4).

 

A quorum was present.

 

At 1:00 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
