Pursuant to a notice posted on May 18, 2009, the House Committee on Federal Economic Stabilization Funding, Select met in a work session and was called to order by the chair, Representative Dunnam, at 7:00 p.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

 

Present:              Representatives Dunnam; Crownover; Coleman; Darby; Eiland; Kent; Ortiz, Jr. (7).

 

Absent:              Representatives Pitts; Truitt (2).

 

A quorum was present.

 

Food and refreshments were served.

 

At 9:00 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
