Pursuant to a notice posted on August 19, 2010, the House Committee on Federal Economic Stabilization Funding, Select, Subcommittee on Energy, met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Ortiz, Jr., at 10:11 a.m.

 

Present:           Representatives Ortiz, Jr.; Eiland (2).

 

Absent:            Representative Pitts (1).

 

A quorum was present.

At 1:24 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
