Pursuant to a notice posted on February 19, 2009, the House Committee on General Investigating & Ethics met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Hopson, at 8:13 a.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

 

Present:              Representatives Hopson; Phillips; Creighton (3).

 

Absent:              Representatives Gallego; Hunter (2).

 

A quorum was present.

 

At 8:16 a.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
