Pursuant to a notice posted on May 4, 2009, the House Committee on General Investigating & Ethics met in a work session and was called to order by the chair, Representative Hopson, at 6:00 p.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

 

Present:              Representatives Hopson; Phillips (2).

 

Absent:              Representatives Creighton; Gallego; Hunter (3).

 

No business was discussed. 

 

At 9:00 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
