Pursuant to a notice posted on November 12, 2010, the House Committee on General Investigating & Ethics met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Hopson, at 9:01 a.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

 

Present:              Representatives Hopson; Creighton; Hunter, Phillips (4).

 

Absent:              Representative Gallego (1).

 

A quorum was present.  Rep. Phillips recused himself from the Committee's deliberations.

 

Pursuant to Rule 4 Section 12, at 9:03 a.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was recessed in order for the committee to meet in Executive Session.

 

On completion of the Executive Session, the committee reconvened at 12:28 p.m. in open session.  The following members were present at that time: 

 

Present:              Representatives Hopson; Creighton; Hunter, Phillips (4).

 

Absent:              Representative Gallego (1).

 

Testimony was taken.

 

At 12:42 p.m., on the motion of Representative Hunter and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
