Pursuant to a suspension of the 5-day posting rule and an announcement from the House floor to consider SB 67, SB 939, SB 1050, SB 1088, SB 1521, SB 1723, SB 1730, SB 1804, SB 2080, and SB 2420 on May 15, 2009, the House Committee on Human Services met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Rose, at 8:33 a.m.
