Pursuant to a notice posted on May 19, 2009, the House Committee on Insurance met in a work session and was called to order by the chair, Representative Smithee, at 7:30 p.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

Absent:              Representatives Eiland; Taylor; Thompson (3).

 

A quorum was present.
