Pursuant to a notice posted on May 20, 2010, the House Committee on Judiciary & Civil Jurisprudence met in a joint public hearing with the House Committee on Redistricting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Hunter, at 11:09 a.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

 

Present:              Representatives Hunter; Hughes; Alonzo; Branch; Jackson, Jim; Lewis; Madden; Martinez, "Mando"; Woolley (9).

 

Absent:              Representatives Hartnett; Leibowitz (2).

 

A quorum was present.
