Pursuant to a notice posted on May 18, 2010, the House Committee on Judiciary & Civil Jurisprudence met jointly with the House Committee on Criminal Jurisprudence in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Hunter, at 10:09 a.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

 

Present:              Representatives Hunter; Hughes; Branch; Jackson, Jim; Lewis; Madden; Martinez, "Mando" (7).

 

Absent:              Representatives Alonzo; Hartnett; Leibowitz; Woolley (4).

 

A quorum was present.

At 1:12 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
