Pursuant to a notice posted on July 14, 2010, the House Committee on Judiciary & Civil Jurisprudence, Subcommittee on Richardson Redistricting, met jointly with the House Committee on Redistricting, Subcommittee on Richardson Redistricting, in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Madden, at 10:01 a..m.

 

Present:           Representatives Alonzo; Jackson, Jim; Madden (3).

 

Absent:            None (0).

 

A quorum was present.

The House Committee on Redistricting, Subcommittee on Richardson Redistricting, was called to order by the chair, Representative Veasey, at 10:01 a.m.

 

Present:           Representatives Keffer; Pena; Veasey (3).

 

Absent:            None (0).

 

A quorum was present.

 

Chairman Madden addressed the audience. Chairman Veasey addressed the audience.  The following members were present: Representatives Phillips; Burnam; Hughes; Paxton; Kent.
