Pursuant to a notice posted on August 25, 2010, the House Committee on Judiciary & Civil Jurisprudence, Subcommittee on Abilene Redistricting, met jointly with the House Committee on Redistricting, Subcommittee on Abilene Redistricting, in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Tryon Lewis, at 12:02 p.m..

 

Present:           Representatives Alonzo; Lewis; Madden (3).

 

Absent:            None (0).

 

A quorum was present.

The House Committee on Redistricting, Subcommittee on Abilene Redistricting, was called to order by the chair, Representative Keffer, at 12:02 p.m.

 

Present:           Representatives Hilderbran; Keffer; Veasey (3).

 

Absent:            None (0).

 

A quorum was present.

 

Chairman Hunter addressed the audience. The following members were present: Representatives Susan King; Darby; Heflin; and Congressman Naugebauer.
