CORRECTED MINUTES
On April 1, 2009, the House Committee on Licensing & Administrative Procedures authorized the correction of the minutes for the meeting of the House Committee on Licensing & Administrative Procedures held on March 25, 2009. The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:
Pursuant to a notice posted on March 20, 2009, and revised on March 20, 2009, and the 5 day posting rule suspended and revised on March 23, 2009 the House Committee on Licensing & Administrative Procedures met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Kuempel, at 8:02 a.m.
