Pursuant to a notice posted on May 4, 2009, the House Committee on Licensing & Administrative Procedures met in a work session and was called to order by the chair, Representative Kuempel, at 6:30 p.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

 

Present:              Representatives Kuempel; Thompson; Chisum; Geren; Hamilton; Quintanilla; Gutierrez (7).

 

Absent:              Representatives Jones; Menendez (2).

 

A quorum was present.

 

At 9:00 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
